I had a decent stay at the hotel, which was mostly clean and offered good value for the price. The staff was really friendly and helpful, making my experience much better. However, the location wasn’t great in the evenings, and the dining options were quite limited, particularly for breakfast. All in all, it was comfortable but could use some improvements.

Rooms

The rooms were clean and had everything I needed for a short stay, although they could use a fresh coat of paint.
Service
9.0
The service was excellent and the staff was beyond helpful, almost like having my own assistant. They regularly cleaned the room and offered perfect suggestions for my itinerary.
Location
6.0
The location is not very nice in the evenings, as a walk to the nearest RER station takes you through a deserted park, which is unappealing when it's dark. However, it’s conveniently located near a Metro station.
Dining
5.0
I found the dining experience to be lacking, with limited breakfast choices and poor staff service at times.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location, while not in the heart of Paris, offered a more local vibe and easy access to central areas, but the surroundings were a bit desolate at night. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful, which made my stay more enjoyable. However, the room cleanliness was disappointing, and I even faced issues with my belongings. Overall, there were some great aspects, but some improvements are definitely needed.

Rooms

The hotel is on the outskirts of Paris, which has less tourist traffic. However, the area felt a bit deserted at night, even though it was close to public transport.
Dining

The breakfast selection was limited and not very appetizing. I found it frustrating to have to ask for basic items like cutlery.

The hotel had a few ups and downs during my stay. The location was quite convenient, being close to the Metro station and with free parking available. However, the rooms were a bit cramped and the service was inconsistent, with some staff being aggressive at times. Dining options were limited, which was disappointing. Overall, while it has potential, there are certainly areas that could use improvement.

Rooms

The rooms were quite small and had a low ceiling, which made them feel a bit cramped. The wardrobe was also limited in space, making it hard to store jackets.

While some staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, others were a bit aggressive, which made for an inconsistent experience.
Location

The hotel's location in La Defense was convenient, right next to the Metro A line, which made it easy to get to the city center. There was also a supermarket nearby.
Dining

The dining experience was lacking, with limited options for breakfast and cleanliness issues at the dining area. I had to ask for cutlery multiple times.

I had a decent stay at this hotel, which offers a great location close to the center of Paris and the Nanterre Prefecture RER station. The rooms were clean but had some issues, like a cracked toilet cistern and no plug in the hand basin. The service was a mixed bag; some staff were quite rude, while others were super helpful. Dining was tasty but a bit pricey, and there were some payment confusion at checkout. Overall, it provides good value for money, but it's not without its drawbacks.

I had a decent stay at the hotel with some ups and downs. The rooms were clean and adequately comfortable, although the small folding beds were a bit of a surprise. The service was very helpful and friendly, which made my experience much better. The location is convenient, being close to Paris, but walking through the nearby park to the RER station at night felt unsafe. Dining options were fair, and I appreciated some homemade treats, but overall, there is room for improvement.

Rooms

The rooms were clean and looked just like the pictures online, although they had small folding beds, which were clean for the next night.
Service

The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and it felt like having my own assistant. However, not all spoke good English, which made communication a bit tricky.
Location

The location is pretty good as it's close to the center of Paris and has a bus stop outside, but walking through the park to the RER station after dark was not pleasant.
Dining

The dining was okay; I enjoyed some good coffee and homemade cakes. The free breakfast wasn't bad, but the food could have been better.
Facilities
